PM of Management of Change (MOC) Reporting.
Project Manager of Construction Delivery Coordinators Role Description:
Manage a group of 2-3 Construction Delivery Coordinators
Ensure that all dependencies and deliverables are completed in advance of construction required by date, issues are effectively escalated, risks are mitigated, key information is communicated, maintain schedule
Provide an interface to align project requirements with delivery of Project Team dependencies (Land and Permits, Regulatory, Environment, Supply Chain, etc).
Coordinate with construction and project teams to produce readiness reports for discrete construction packages and support the Notice to Proceed process.
Ensure all documentation is available to the General Contractor through the Construction Binder, Line Lists are complete, and General Contractors are trained and have access to the Construction Portal.
Produce regular reports to track status of major milestones.
Project Manager of MOC Reporting Role Description:
Manage 2 resources that support the MOC and other reporting processes.
Track the status of all MOCs across the construction project
Provide an interface between Project Coordinators, General Contractors, and Land & Permits teams to track information on the status of the MOCs
Document the MOC status and track any issues creating delays or potential delays
Highlight and escalate any issues that may have an impact to schedule
Qualifications and Experience of both Project Managers:
Undergrad degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
5 -10 years of project related experience – must have.
Experience managing small teams.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivots, etc)
Understand use of SharePoint
Analytical mindset with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Approaches challenges with mental tenacity and ability to overcome resistance and competing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Experience working in complex environments with high deadline pressures under stressful conditions
Able to deal with ambiguity – work with minimal direction
Site travel up to 50% to field locations in AB and BC required for the PM of Spread Coordinators. Clean and valid driver’s license required.
Must be available to work overtime as needed.
