Payroll & HR Administrator

Location: Calgary, AB
Part Time Position - Downtown Calgary

Our client is a small organization located in downtown Calgary.  Due to ongoing growth we are now working with this client to find  an individual to join their team on a part time basis.  As the Payroll and HR Administrator you will work approximately 40 hours per month, providing payroll services for approximately 50 employees.  Employees are located in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

As part of your payroll responsibilities you will manage and confirm all incoming timesheets, follow up on any abnormalities and do the associated journal entries.  This organization utilizes Ceridian and experience with this payroll program is required.   

As the HR Administrator you will also assist with policy development for the organization, new employee onboarding and work with employees on  benefit administration.
